Third Sector: social responsibility in action

The Third Sector represents a fundamental component of the social and economic fabric of our country. Conflavoro Genova recognises and values the role of non-profit organisations as protagonists of social innovation, active participation and the promotion of the common good.

Conflavoro stands alongside organisations active in crucial areas such as volunteering, care, inclusion and sustainability, offering concrete support in organisational management, regulatory transition and skills development. We are actively committed to supporting non-profit organisations, aware that their role goes far beyond the simple provision of services: they are true agents of social change.

Dialogue between businesses and non-profits is indeed essential for developing innovative models of intervention and building a solid support network for communities. Only in this way can an integrated system be built that effectively responds to the needs of people and territories.

Conflavoro accompanies non-profit organisations in their processes of growth, regulatory compliance and sustainability, providing practical tools, specialised consulting and networking opportunities. The aim is to support each organisation in fully expressing its potential, in accordance with the founding values of solidarity and the general interest.

Conflavoro recognises the central role of small and medium-sized enterprises (SMEs) in supporting and strengthening the Third Sector, promoting synergies and collaborations aimed at amplifying its social impact. Only through collective and coordinated commitment can the full potential of this sector be unleashed, contributing to the construction of a more inclusive, supportive and sustainable society.

The Scientific Technical Committee for the Third Sector

The Scientific Technical Committee was created to strengthen the link between SMEs and Third Sector bodies, offering a qualified space for discussion, research and proposals.

It deals with deepening legal, fiscal and organisational issues related to the Third Sector Reform and interpreting regulatory developments in an operational and functional way. The Committee works to stimulate the cultural and managerial evolution of non-profit organisations, helping to spread best practices, sustainable models and a common language between institutions, businesses and civil society. A bridge between ethical vision and concrete action.

  • Review and adaptation of statutes to the new provisions
  • Assistance with the RUNTS registration procedure
  • Support in choosing the most appropriate legal form
  • Consulting on transformation from ONLUS, OdV or APS to the new regime

Relations with Public Authorities

We support Third Sector bodies in public-private partnerships, in agreements with local municipalities and in the co-design and co-planning procedures introduced by the reform. We assist organisations in accessing public tenders and complying with transparency and reporting obligations.
