A joint body established by Conflavoro PMI, Fesica and Confsal. It focuses on research, continuous training, professional requalification and community programmes for the labour market.

Contribution obligations
Companies applying the CCNLs signed by Conflavoro are required to pay contributions to the relevant joint bodies. Failure to pay may result in penalties and the loss of contractual concessions.
