Collective Bargaining

Collective Labour Agreements

Conflavoro PMI is a signatory to 27 Collective Labour Agreements (CCNL) defining working conditions for millions of Italian workers across all major sectors.

Collective bargaining at Conflavoro

Conflavoro PMI actively participates in national collective bargaining as a signatory employer association. The Collective Labour Agreements concluded by Conflavoro offer member companies flexible, modern and legally compliant tools for managing employment relationships.

National Collective Labour Agreements are contracts concluded at national level between organisations representing employer interests and those representing workers, varying by sector. Italian collective bargaining is structured at several levels: inter-confederal, sectoral, local and company level.

Through the Genova office, we assist companies in correctly applying the contracts, managing disputes and interpreting contractual clauses, with a dedicated consulting service.

Collective bargaining and labour agreements

Why choose Conflavoro CCNLs

The collective agreements signed by Conflavoro PMI are distinguished by their application flexibility and their attention to the concrete needs of small and medium-sized enterprises, often overlooked by the large national contracts designed for multinationals.

  • Sustainable labour costs for SMEs
  • Updated contractual provisions compliant with current regulations
  • Flexible working hours and organisational arrangements suited to different sectors
  • Contractual welfare and active joint body provisions
  • Continuous support in interpretation and application

What are CCNLs

CCNLs (National Collective Labour Agreements) are contracts concluded at national level between workers' trade union organisations and employer associations. They govern individual employment relationships (normative part) and reciprocal obligations between the parties (obligatory part). The official database is maintained by the National Council for Economics and Labour (CNEL).
