Code of Ethics
The values and principles of conduct that guide Conflavoro PMI Genova and its members.
Preamble
Conflavoro PMI Genova adopts this Code of Ethics as the founding document of the values that inspire the activities of the association and the behaviour of all those who operate within it: governing bodies, employees, collaborators and members.
1. Legality and Compliance
Conflavoro operates in full compliance with applicable law. Every activity is carried out transparently and in accordance with applicable legal, regulatory and contractual obligations. The association does not tolerate unlawful conduct by anyone acting in its name.
2. Integrity and Fairness
In relations with members, institutions, trade union counterparts and third parties, Conflavoro is committed to acting with honesty, fairness and good faith. Improper practices, disloyal behaviour or activities that damage the reputation of others are not permitted.
3. Protection of Labour
Conflavoro promotes a model of industrial relations based on mutual respect between employers and employees. The association is committed to combating all forms of undeclared work, discrimination and labour exploitation.
4. Corporate Social Responsibility
Conflavoro encourages members to adopt socially responsible practices, including sustainable environmental policies, attention to employee well-being and a positive contribution to local communities.
5. Confidentiality and Privacy
Conflavoro handles the personal data of members and third parties with the utmost confidentiality, in compliance with the GDPR and applicable regulations. Information acquired in the course of association activities may not be disclosed or used for purposes other than institutional ones.
6. Conflicts of Interest
Anyone acting on behalf of Conflavoro must avoid situations of real or apparent conflict of interest. In the event of a potential conflict, prompt notification to the Board of Directors is mandatory.
7. Reporting Violations
Anyone who becomes aware of conduct contrary to this Code of Ethics is encouraged to report it confidentially to genova@conflavoro.it. Good-faith reports are protected.
This Code of Ethics is approved by the Board of Directors and applies to all persons acting in the name and on behalf of Conflavoro PMI Genova.
