Internal Regulations
Operational rules governing the association and its membership life.
Art. 1 – Subject Matter
These regulations govern the internal functioning of Conflavoro PMI Genova, in implementation of the provisions of the Association Statute, and regulate relations between the association and its members.
Art. 2 – Membership Application
The membership application must be submitted in writing to the office, accompanied by a company registration certificate, the tax code of the legal representative and a declaration of acceptance of the Statute and these Regulations. Admission is resolved by the Board of Directors within 30 days of receipt of the complete application.
Art. 3 – Membership Fees
Annual membership fees are set by the Board of Directors and communicated to members by 31 December of the preceding year. Failure to pay within 60 days of the due date results in suspension of services and, subsequently, expulsion from the association.
Art. 4 – Members' Rights
- Access all services provided by the association
- Participate in the Members' Assembly with voting rights
- Stand for election to association bodies
- Receive trade union, legal and training assistance
- Benefit from agreements entered into by the association
Art. 5 – Members' Duties
- Pay membership fees on time
- Comply with the Statute, the Regulations and the Code of Ethics
- Not damage the image and interests of the association
- Collaborate in achieving the association's purposes
Art. 6 – Withdrawal and Expulsion
A member may withdraw at any time by written notice. Withdrawal takes effect at the end of the current association year. Expulsion is resolved by the Board of Directors for serious violations of the Statute or these Regulations.
